The Institute for Pain Research & Care Research Day is open to anyone in the McMaster community with an interest in pain research. First held in February 2019, the Inaugural Research Day was attended by Institute research members, post doctoral fellows and graduate students. The conference featured updates from Institute-funded projects and pain-related studies within the McMaster community.

The most recent Research Day was held on April 24, 2024 at the Gas Works in Hamilton, Ontario. It featured presenters from the Department of Anesthesia, the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the School of Rehabilitation Science and the Department of Health Research Methods, Evidence & Impact – to name a few.

Our next Research Day will take place in 2025.
